This meteorite is a textbook example of a transitional pallasite. This Seymchan is a full slice that is very large with a superb etching. It has the largest surface area that I have ever offered. The weight is 17.1 kg with a face size of 16 1/2" by 19 1/2". The specimen contains nice olivine crystals ( dark yellow, red and green ) it also has a large metal faze. The piece has an absolutely gorgeous Windmanstatten pattern.
